What is it and how is it played?
Enigma street is an outdoor city escape that takes you on a journey of discovery through riddles and hidden mysteries. After purchase, you will receive access to our webapp, which will guide you step by step. Each puzzle will take you to a specific spot in the city center, where you will have to observe the environment, find the right clue, and enter the keyword to unlock the next stage.
In which cities is it available?
You can check the list of available cities directly on our website in the EXPERIENCES section. Right now you can find us in Rome, Milan, Venice, Naples and Florence.
Do you need to download an app or print something?
No 🎉 The game works entirely through our webapp, so there is no need to download anything. All you need is an Internet connection and a charged phone to get started right away.
Can I play alone or in a group?
You can choose freely! You can challenge yourself or play in a group. We recommend one phone for every 2-3 people for an optimal experience.
How long does the game last?
The duration varies depending on the route and how long you take to solve the puzzles or the stops you make. On average, an adventure takes about 3 hours, but you can take as long as you like.
How is it purchased?
Simple as that! Just choose the city you want to explore, click on it, add it to your shopping cart and complete your purchase. After that you will receive access to the webapp directly via email.
After purchase, how do I access the game?
After payment, you will receive an email with the login link to register or access the webapp. In addition to this you will receive a unique alphanumeric code that you will need to enter in the webapp to unlock the purchased mission.
Can I purchase for more than one person?
Yes! If you want to purchase for multiple people, you can do so in one transaction. You will receive all access codes via email and can distribute them to participants. Or, each player can purchase their access separately.
Does access have an expiration date?
Access to the webapp does not expire, so you can access it freely forever. However, access to the purchased mission has a time limit:
- You can decide to start the game whenever you want, no strings attached.
- Once you start the first stage, you have 5 days to complete the entire route.
- After completing the mission to the end, you cannot replay it with the same code.
If the time expires before you complete the game, you will need to purchase new access to try again otherwise you can contact our support⏳

Is it possible to apply for a refund?
According to Italian regulations on the right of withdrawal(Article 59 of the Consumer Code – Legislative Decree. 206/2005),there is no refund once the purchase is made. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered via non-material medium, if performance is initiated with the consumer’s consent.

Access to the webapp does not expire-you will be able to access it freely even after you have completed the experience. Access to the purchased mission,(thus the city) on the other hand, has a time limit:
- You can start the game whenever you want, with no date constraints.
- Once you start the first stage, you have 5 days to complete the route.
- After finishing the mission, you cannot replay it with the same code.
If the time expires before completing the game, you will need to purchase new access. ⏳🎭
What do I do if I have problems accessing the game?
If you are unable to access the purchased webapp or mission, first verify that you have received the email with the access link. If the problem persists, contact us immediately by emailing support@enigmastreet.com, and our team will help you solve it as soon as possible.
During the game I need help, how can I contact you?
If you have difficulty solving a puzzle, simply use the help at the bottom of the page. If, on the other hand, you experience technical problems, you can write to us directly via the Assistance or via email. We will try to get back to you as quickly as possible!
What happens if I lose the email with the access code?
No problem! Contact us with the details of your purchase (e.g., the email used for the order) and we will resend your login information 😊
